Having worked as a seasoned Construction Superintendent at Yardnique Inc., Felipe brings more than 15 years of experience in landscape construction, site development, and project supervision across the Raleigh-Durham region. Specializing in high-impact residential and commercial landscaping projects, he played a pivotal role in transforming raw land into fully finished outdoor environments during Raleigh's early real estate growth from 2003-2018.

Prior to joining ADG, Felipe managed a wide portfolio of projects—from luxury residential communities and multi-family developments to large-scale commercial installations. With deep expertise in grading, drainage systems, hardscapes, irrigation, and plant installations, he ensures that each job site is executed with precision, safety, and attention to detail.

Felipe is known for his leadership on site, ability to navigate tight deadlines, and commitment to maintaining quality standards from the first shovel in the ground to the final walk-through. As part of the ADG team, Felipe works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding results.
